Terms and Conditions
We want you to be pleased and satisfied with every order you receive from us, but if for any reason you are not, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods.
Deliveries
We want you to receive your goods as quickly as possible,
and will notify you when they are on route to you. We will use courier
services / Royal Mail where possible, meaning that someone may need to
be home to take delivery of the goods, or they may go to a holding depot
for collection/re-delivery. To make this an easier process, we would ask
that you provide a contact telephone number when ordering. Please see
below for delivery rates,
Northern Ireland 0-500g £2.50
501g - 30Kg £3.95
Republic of Ireland 0-500g £3.75
501g - 30Kg £6.95
GB 0-500g £2.50
501g - 1Kg £3.95
1Kg - 30Kg £5.95
We have one standard rate per area for postage of any combination of products up to the weight of 30kg, and keep our prices as low as possible.
Faulty/damaged goods
If goods are faulty or damaged please contact us within
7 days of receipt, and we will endeavour to replace the item/s. This will
require you to send the product back to us, and then we will send you
out a replacement item/s.
Returns
If for any reason you wish to return any item/s purchased,
we will require you to send the product back to us in saleable condition,
and securely packaged, within 14 days of receipt. Please also contact
us so that we may discuss the most convenient way for you to return the
item/s. We will then refund you, although refunding for postage costs
incurred by ourselves will be at our discretion.
Lost goods
In most cases, we will use a courier/Royal mail to deliver
your goods, which will require you to be present to take receipt of the
items/ sign for the items, so we hope that there should be minimal losses.
If however, you do not receive your goods within 5 days, please let us
know, and we will immediately look into the matter.
